About Molly DiCioccio:
I'm the owner and 'Weddingologist' of Seven Dresses Wedding Planning & Design.

I’m a happy person. I love to laugh and I love to make other people laugh. I love my family, especially my beautiful kids. They give me all the
inspiration I need, and plenty to do if I’m not busy (ha ha). And of course since they all came to my husband and me in 2009, there is, of course,
an interesting story. Remind me to tell you.

I love working on weddings and everything about running Seven Dresses. The name, as you might have guessed, comes from my original
interest in weddings - being a habitual bridesmaid. Seven is the number of times I've been one (and hopefully there will be more times!).

Entrepreneurs run in our families, and we hope to teach our kids to enjoy doing something they love when they grow up, too. Something that
gives them the ability to use their strengths, and still have time for the important things in life.

At least once a week I do volunteer work with my family, and that's very important to me. I have a ton of interests and hobbies, but what I love
most is anything that gets me around people and helps me be creative. So years and years ago, working in corporate America as a manager of a
finance department really didn’t suit me. I didn’t even see the sun some days! Although it did help me become more assertive and manage
endless details and large groups of people, and I learned the negotiating ability needed for working out contracts for you with your wedding
vendors. I've completed courses at Temple University in Wedding Planning and Outdoor/Tented weddings, as well as taking many other
certification courses in wedding consulting and coordination. I am part of an exclusive international group of wedding industry masterminds
called the Community of Wedding Innovators. We get together regularly to learn and share with each other.

I’m a great friend. I’m warm, reliable and energetic and I love to dance. I’m not easily stressed (my dad has always called me unflappable). I can’

vision is, and seamlessly provide you with everything you need.

One of the things we love to do is travel to learn about the latest wedding trends and learn from international experts in the wedding industry.
For example, just this past year we went to Las Vegas for a conference especially for wedding innovators. There we were able to learn from
wedding legends. We are frequently going to conferences and seminars, speaking to other wedding professionals, and getting to know vendors
locally so we always know the best people to call and recommend. Doing this helps us bring elements to weddings in Pennsylvania and New
Jersey that no one has seen before.

The Rest of the Team:
Though we only take on a select in number of weddings per year (so Molly can be your right hand at all times), we have an amazing group of
assistant coordinators, designers and interns who help with research, style design, and overseeing the setup and production of your wedding
